DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED AQUA EXERCISE

Adult group low impact 20 minute aqua class designed to enhance balance, muscle strength, flexibility and cardio conditions people with special needs. This is an interactive class in which we use games and other activities to promote physical activity.

This class is idea for people with many different physical disabilities, including cerebral palsy, down’s syndrome, and spina bifida.
