ADULT SWIM LESSONS

All classes are based on the American Red Cross’ learn-to-swim program. Each course combines skills and instruction in safety and swimming. Students are recommended to proceed level by level to pick up the skills most efficiently.

Adult individual and group lessons are available at all levels. Classes are customized to meet the goals and needs of individual participants, who are generally at the beginner stage.

All level lessons are provided in ten 1 hours sessions.

*Swim Suit attire is required: No t-shirts, cut-offs or street wear allowed.

*Incontinent Adults must also wear swim pants for public health reasons as well. Swim Pants are available for purchase at the front
desk.
